My water heater started to die on me. After 23 years of faithful service it was time for a new one. I started checking for a replacement with my normal hvac company, that I like quite well, but the price was a bit steep. I decided to shop around. A neighbor recommended Titan, so I scheduled an appointment with them through their website. They sent a tech out And gave me quote that was less than the hvac quote and after doing some more checking around I decided to go with Titan. I called just before 5 PM on a holiday weekend and Charlie scheduled me in for the following Tuesday afternoon. (Thank you Charlie) And email communication with their office put me at ease confirming my appointment and the times they would be there for both the quote and then the work. The Tech, Chris, showed up at the exact time he said he would, and had the water heater changed out in a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable about the work to be done and answered any questions I had. They were quick and professional and gave me a new installation that is up to current building code and saved me some money in the process without cutting corners. I recommend Titan Water and Drain.

Quality work. No complaints when things got confusing or difficult. Cannot say enough positive things about Titan’s crew. Just a great bunch of guys. The sort of people where, at the end of a job, you hope to remain friends with them.

Caleb came out to fix my hose valve. He was able to tighten the packing nut and avoid replacement. He was on time and very professional. I am a Realtor and will be recommending and using Titan for all my plumbing needs!
